Thank you, Mr. Vice President,

Iran welcomes Türkiye’s delegation and commends its constructive engagement in the UPR process.

We acknowledge Türkiye’s notable achievements in legal and institutional reforms, particularly the implementation of the Third Judicial Reform Strategy and the Human Rights Action Plan.

These efforts have enhanced access to justice and promoted legal safeguards.

In a spirit of constructive engagement, we offer the following recommendations:

1. Expand socio-economic programs benefiting vulnerable groups, including women, children, and persons with disabilities.
2. Improve accessibility and responsiveness of national human rights institutions across all regions.
3. Continue implementation of the Fourth Judicial Reform Strategy and forthcoming Human Rights Action Plan.

 We wish Türkiye a successful review.
