The Plenary of the Conference on Disarmament

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Thank you, Mr. President.

I would be very brief in responding to some false and politically motivated statements.

In response to the representative of the United States with regard to the United Nations Security Council resolution adopted yesterday, I need to mention that the resolution was politically motivated, imbalanced, and overlooks the fundamental fact that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a side that its sovereignty and territorial integrity has been violated by the regime of the United States and Israeli regime, and Iran is defending itself under Article 51 of the charter and within the international law.

In response to the statement made by the representative of Saudi Arabia, I would like to repeat once again that Iran has no hostility with its neighboring countries and fully respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of those countries.

However, Iran cannot tolerate the use of those territories, the territories of those states to be used by the United States against its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Countries of the region cannot provide their territories to the United States for conducting attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran, and expect Iran to sit back and just observe such a situation.

I would like to once again repeat that Iran's defensive military operations are limited to the military objectives of the United States, and as soon as attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran end, Iran's reactions and legitimate responses under Article 51 of the charter will also endExercisingExercising.

Thank you.
